Teacher Reimbursement Request Form

Terms & Guidelines

The Lane PTA offers grants to teachers and specialists for classroom or student-focused needs.

  • Reimbursements are limited to $100 or less.

  • An itemized receipt is required. We cannot reimburse for cash or gift card purchases.

Approved Items Include:

  • School Supplies: pencils, calculators, markers, headphones

  • Classroom/Office Decor & Furniture: pencil sharpeners, posters, seating

  • Professional Development: books, courses, online subscriptions

  • Computer Equipment: cords, chargers, printers, ink

  • Snacks for Students

  • Student Incentives: prizes, stickers, class treats

  • Field Trip Essentials: snacks, tickets, transportation

  • Online Educational Materials: Teachers Pay Teachers

Prohibited Items:

  • Purchases without an itemized receipt

  • Gift cards or cash

  • Items for individual students (e.g., clothing or personal supplies)
